Return Policy for Original Art Work

4-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Change your mind after receiving an original artwork? You have 14 days from the date you received it to let us know. Choose from:

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. A refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to pair you with a complimentary art advisor to help you find the perfect piece.

If the original artwork arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

All return shipments must be arranged through Clique Gallery - Boutique and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

If you change your mind within 14 days after receiving the work, you can choose from a full refund via store credit, or a refund to your original payment method minus a 20% processing fee. We are happy to work with you to find a replacement. Our team of expert art advisors will work with you one-on-one if needed.

Special Collection, Limited Edition and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. Please fill out a return request form if your order arrived damaged or in poor condition.

PURCHASE

If you wish to purchase an e-Gift Card, you may be asked by us or our designee to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED BY YOU OR THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY SUCH PURCHASE. You grant us the right to provide such information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any purchase of an e-Gift Card.

REDEMPTION

e-Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible works of art from Clique Gallery - Boutique on www.clique gallery.com. The order total includes the price of the work(s) of art, tax (if applicable), shipping charges, and any other charge reflected in the applicable order total. If the order total is more than the e-Gift Card amount, the remaining balance must be paid with another payment method. The e-Gift Card balance will immediately be reduced by the order total. Upon redemption, any unused balance on the e-Gift Card will be available for future eligible purchases. e-Gift Card purchasers and users must be 18 years of age or older.
