The type of Yoga I instruct focuses on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues.
Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they're meant to be.

- $120 For The Session ( 12 classes)
or Class By Class - $15 a classrivate Lesson - $50for 90 minutes)
